Waiting 45 minutes for blood labs. I understand that situation comes up for techs and design. That requires there immediate attention, but you should inform your patients that an urgent matter has come up and there will be a delay. Just like the medical staff has issues, so does the patients.
Appointment at 330.
Told to be here 30 minutes prior.
My visits to SJC medical center have all been positive. I don't have to wait long to be called in. Everyone is very nice and professional. I am glad I chose SJC for my doctors office.

My appointment was at 2:30 and at 3:30 I was called back. I waited until 4:00 and ask how much longer and the lady said I should be next. When I was called back, no one was in the waiting area. At 4:10 I asked again then decided if my time was not valuable to them, I should leave. I went to the front desk and politely asked for my money back. The lady said the front desk doesn't get told anything. I did not ask her anything but for a refund. I had to wait another 10 minutes to get my money back. Another patient came up to me and asked how long I had been waiting and I told her. She too had been waiting an hour with no one telling her if the doctor was behind. Customer service in no longer. The worst customer service ever!

I called to make 2 new patient Appt's in April but we could not be seen by the Dr. we chose until June so we accepted. Now after waiting 2 months an days away from our appt's we get a call saying the Dr. only takes 1 new patient a day.! Meaning one of us could be seen by the other guy we didn't want in the 1st place or wait another 2 months. So my question to Debbie the surpposed appt specialist was where were you when these appt's were made and why didn't your staff know this info about the Dr. When they messed up our appt's.
Update. I had to leave at 425. No, sorry, doctors didn't have any emergency I could see them just strolling in the office. I switched from Savannah to Rincon but, Savannah it's much better than this place. They call you within five minutes of your appointment and they're busier.
