Went to Dr Decker for over 20 years with no complaints and lots of praise and thanks. Since her retirement have been seeing Dr Anne Marie Cole. After a rocky start, we are finely getting to the point where we are able to work more productively toward the treatment of my multiple and sometimes unique medical difficulties. The staff, both those who have been there for many years and the newer additions, all have the caring, knowledgeable, and understanding characteristics that makes it bearable when medical problem arise. Their personal attention and knowledge of you as an individual instead just one of many clients helps to assure you that the are doing whatever they can to help. The services provided have always reminded me of the stereotypical home town family doctor. In addition to the services provided by their association with Memorial Health University Hospital, you receive the benefit of your records being readily accessible to both specialist and the hospital. Because of this, during a recent hospital stay, check-in was rapid and follow-up was more focused due to the doctors involved having ready access to both current and hospital medical records.
I have been seeing Dr. Ensley for a year now. He has always been very very helpful. I have many medical issues going on and he has addressed EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM. He will do what ever he can to make you feel like a normal person. It was EXTREAMLY painful to walk or even bend my arms before being treated by him. Now I am able to walk in the office without grunting with every step. My RA is chronic, but he has gotten it so it is bearable and I can be out in society. Before seeing him, i was a hermit. Held myself up in the house because it was too painful to do anything else. I remember telling him that i thought i needed to be on antidepressants, and he said...i believe if we get your pain under control that you will feel better about your life..He was exactly right. After about 10 days, i was out in public again. He is also AWESOME at getting you referred to a specialist. I have had no problems with the staff, and I think Heidi is just awesome. Always listens to me when addressing a new problem. She is very very kind and understanding. I would 100% recommend this facility to others. And when Dr ensley is being stern with you, he is just being truthful because he DOES care about you and your health. Only Dr who has ever really cared in my opinion. Best wishes to everyone and your health.
Dr. Easley is very thorough, knowledgeable and I love that he tells you like it is. I have recommended others to him.
He was a bit rude snappy & kinda talked to me like I was a child , He made of a couple of comments that REALLY ticked me off .. 2 stars from me
I usually See Angela Chumley when I need to be seen but she was not available today
NEVER EVER AGAIN will I go & see Dr.Easley
I'm only giving it 1 star because negative stars are not an option. Memorial Health is the WORST hospital I've ever been to. There is sticky goo stuck to the wall of our room and cobwebs hanging from the valances. The competence of the staff is worse than the cleanliness, and don't even think about getting your medical records after you leave. We didn't even get the issue resolved and decided to leave regardless. I will NEVER use this hospital again.
