I guess I'm going to have to quit going through the drive-thru . If I'm in the store at least I can have them redo the sandwich

Arbys advertises thinly sliced meat , not true at the rincon store especially .
Service was terrible today and the restaurant was filthy. I added a photo of how nasty this place was today.
Ive been consistantly getting roast beef sliced way too thick for the sandwiches . Border line having to use a knife to eat the sandwich .
And when its cut thick the taste is not worth the money .

Good food. Kind of expensive. Was disappointed that every bench seat was dirty and that in 2017 they literally have the slowest internet I've ever tried to connect to. Almost seems like a bait and switch to get people in the door. Why offer internet when it's impossible to use? Can't dine in at Arby's for lunch anymore. Like I said, disappointed.
Service here was phenomenal! I'm very happy and pleased with the food and pricing
