let me start by saying I was lucky enough to receive Janice's help. She was extremely helpful and understanding and was able to take cate of my needs without any attitude. I tried calling two other stores and the 1-800 number and no one could let me know how much it would cost for the Budget insurance on a truck and dolly. What it boils down to is that no one wanted to take the extra step of processing a quote except the Rincon location.
