I set up an appointment to get them to come survey my patio in order to turn it into a home office. They never showed up and they did not even bother calling to cancel. Extremely unprofessional and it caused me to miss an afternoon of work waiting around. I would not feel comfortable giving them money to perform construction on my house considering they cannot even maintain their own schedule.
We bought a house that was built by this company and we loved it so much at first. Being a new construction home, we knew there would be little things that would need to be fixed. They came out and fixed a few things which I will give them credit for, but have now stopped responding. It has been over a year now and my house still have 5+ things that need to be fixed, 2 of those things should have been fixed before we moved into the house. I really thought this company was awesome at first, but now I am just a disappointed homeowner. I have been very patient and understanding but after a year of trying to get basic things done around my house I have become beyond frustrated. Part of the closing of our house was to have new blinds installed. A few of the blinds downstairs do not fit the window and I have been told that they are not fixing them because "that's just how they are". My floor had some miner replacements done but it was only halfway completed. I would like for them to actually contact me and fix all of the problems. I hate to resort to a review like this, but maybe they will understand that this is unacceptable. The kicker in this is that they have built a whole new house a few plots down from me but have not fixed the problems with mine, even though they drive by my house. What a shame. The house is just beautiful and with these problems fixed I would love to write a nicer review.
