I just drove in to check the place out, but I already see a huge safety hazard of the one way in and one way out issue. I came for the sign "Free Vacuums" and as soon as you pull in there are cones blocking that area off. I pull around a long one way road to find a toll booth with NO EXIT to get out of the line. I had a car behind me and was trapped. Someone had to come open the gate for me to pull around and out the way. That's very concerning. There should always be an exit for people who change their minds about a $20 car wash, especially when what brought them in were the free vacuums that are only included with the $20 car wash...
Fast and efficient! Love the tire treatment. I have an SUV, and regular car washes miss the back windshield area under the roof overhang. These folks scrub the area before you go through the wash! Vacuuming is self-service, but these vacuums are powerful making the job fast. Towels and cleaners are also supplied if you really want to polish everything.
I've been using this place regularly since it opened. The wash does a great job and then I pull into one of the bays closest to the building to finish drying and detailing using their FREE vacuum, FREE compressed air, FREE towels, and FREE window cleaner. Keep in mind, all of these things are FREE with the purchase of a car wash! And it does say it on the signs, for those people who have left reviews complaining that they couldn't get something for nothing. Great place, IMHO!
Once you enter you cannot exit without paying for a wash. At $20 a wash it's quite expensive. Tried to purchase the monthy pass however they would not match pooler car wash expresses price of $26 per month. The way this place is ran it will be another empty lot in Rincon soon.
Just went through for the first time since they've opened. There was an small hiccup, but the manager handled it like a true champion! I've been in retail for almost 20 years and this is how you take care of the customer! This place knows how to take care of thier customers! I will definitely be back again and again.
