I have had 3 vehicles repaired here. Their customer service is always top notch. They always keep you updated as to what is going on with your vehicle. Their body work is amazing! They even have your car cleaned inside and out before you pick it up.
If I could give this place no stars I would. First off I wrecked my brand new truck. Only had it for 2 months. Had it towed to Harold's where they kept it for 2 and half months to repair. Upon receiving it back there were scratches in my driver side door that wasn't there when it got dropped off to Harold's originally. Went back up there and showed Eddie. They tried to buff the scratches out and ended up burning the paint. So now I had to schedule another appointment for me to bring it back up there and have them repaint the whole door. Eddie said to bring it back in 2 weeks and drop it off so they could do the repair. Called the morning of to let him know I was on the way and he said he had forgotten about the appointment and to bring it the following Monday and we would fix it. Went the following Monday and dropped it off. Got it back the next day and there was a long paint overspray mark on the door behind it. Also found dirt under the new painted door and my chrome door handle chipped. So once again took it back up there. This is when me and Eddie got into a heated argument in the front lobby because he said it wasn't their fault the door was scratched to begin with and it's also not their fault the chrome door handle they had to take off to paint the door wasn't there fault it was chipped. This place sucks. i will never take another vehicle back to Harold's or recommend them to anyone!! Terrible service!!
This place is amazing!! My sliding van door would not open and unlock. Spring Field Chrysler Dodge Jeep wanting to charge me an outrageous amount that this place did for less than half that amount. Eddie Perry is a great employee of Harold's as he did an outstanding job!!! Highly recommend this place!!!!!
Not a pleasant experience with customer service. They seemed nice up front, they were professional, the work was done well, all mechanical problems in my car was resolved. I had a problem that when my front and rear bumpers were replaced, they painted it darker than the rest of the car. I was told "Its the way the sun reflects off the bumper". I told them I don't care how it reflects, it didn't do this before. So then they said it was the difference between a poly bumper and a metal car, that it wont match, again I said it matched before bringing it in. They said it didn't and I asked for proof, they sent me two pictures proving it was matching. So now I am being called a liar repeatedly, told it will cost more money to fix the problem they created, as well I have to bring in my car for god knows how many more days. The manager was nice enough to email... not call, but email me and asked me to bring it back in so he can see. Terrible service, good mechanical work, but terrible service and I will never recommend someone to their shop unless it is strictly mechanical issues on the vehicle. I will also post a similar review on USAA's page as well.
I wasn't able to get anything done here because I wasn't sure how long I could be in the state (we are moving from Florida to Virginia and our headlight went out). The gentleman I talked to was able to give me information regarding my out HID headlight and an estimate quickly and kindly. I know I didn't get it serviced there, but they have amazing prices, were so friendly, and clean that I believed they deserve a rating.
