My family and I had gone to Rincon Chevrolet first, but we wanted to still shop around so we went to 5 other dealerships, Vaden Chevrolet Pooler being the absolute WORST one! It was already a long day for our two little ones that we were about to call it a day until we decided to go back to Rincon Chevrolet. Let me tell you...it was by far the most pleasant experience EVER that we should have never left to shop around in the first place!!! Everyone there especially Xavier Mikell, Ed Smith and Taylor Turner was so professional, friendly, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable! They went above and beyond to help us find what we wanted. We ended up purchasing a vehicle and LOVE it! To be honest, had we not even bought a truck there I would have still highly recommend them to friends, family even a complete stranger. It’s a very welcoming atmosphere unlike the other 5 dealerships we had been to prior to going back to them.
Great service and professionalism plus they keep you informed on the vehicle status. They know the importance of customer service and the service advisors have a strong technical background.
